It is necessary to choose according to the diameter of the pizzas to be prepared.
The 33x33 cm (13x13 in.) plate is ideal for baking 33 cm. (13 in.) pizzas.
The 36x36 cm (14.2x14.2 in.) plate is ideal for baking 36 cm (14.2 in.) pizzas.
The perforated plate of the pizza peel offer countless advantages and makes the pizza chef's work much easier:
• The tool is lighter: perforated peels have less material and therefore weigh less
• The friction is drastically reduced: the special rounded and bevelled shape of the holes eases the sliding of the dough over the surface of the peel because it reduces considerably friction during loading
