This set is suitable for those who are looking for the essentials for baking pizzas in their home oven.   

The main peel of this set, i.e. the rectangular one, allows the pizza to be easily placed on the peel, as it provides enough space to lay the pizza on its top without having to worry about centring it if you are not very familiar with this tool.

To prevent the dough from sticking to the surface, the peel must be cold, for this reason it should not be used to turn the pizza while it is cooking.  

The small round peel, on the other hand, is the tool that must be used to turn and move the pizza during baking and to take it away from the fire easily and without cluttering up.

The oven brush with brass bristles allows to clean the oven surface in order to remove all flour and ash residues.

The ember mover can be used to move and set aside embers and arrange smaller wood pieces. 

Giemme Spoleto allows you to select the size of the plate of the rectangular peel.

It is necessary to choose according to the diameter of the pizzas to be prepared.
