The 5-peels set consists of all the necessary tools for fire management, pizza baking and oven cleaning.
The rectangular peel is used to slide the pizza into the oven, but it must not be used while baking, as it must not heat up, so that the dough of the pizzas that will be slid successively will not stick to it.
The small round peel, on the other hand, is used to turn and move the pizza during baking and, lastly, to take it out from the oven. The oven brush with brass bristles is used to clean the baking surface of your oven.
The ember mover with galvanised steel head is used to move and set aside ember or ash and to arrange smaller wood pieces.
The collecting-ashes peel with galvanised steel head is design to collect ash and embers on the top.
All the accessories of this set are equipped with an 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) handle with ergonomic beech wood grip that allows the user a secure handhold.

Great set, worth the money
I live in Germany and ordered the "semi-professional" 5-piece set for my ALFA 5 minute outdoor pizza oven. The delivery was super fast (I think 3 or 4 days!). Everything was very well packed to prevent damage. I have used the set only once, put will continue to bake pizza and use it. I am confident, that it will last long!

Ho acquistato il set di pale per il forno a legna che mio padre ha costruito nei giorni di chiusura totale della Lombardia, non sapevo come poterlo provare ed ho acquistato il set all'improvviso, in un paio di giorni era già stato consegnato, sono perfette, le utilizziamo praticamente due/tre giorni a settimana, dovrò acquistare il termometro con la sonda e il gancio per le teglie, poi ho tutto l’occorrente. Di sicuro acquisterò qui dal momento che mi sono trovata benissimo

Qualità costruttiva superiore a quella vista nei negozi della mia città che infatti non mi avevano convinto. Sembrano prodotti professionali e valuterò nel tempo la durata. Posso dire che sono facili da utilizzare poiché molto leggeri nonostante la robustezza. Agevole la pulizia dopo l'uso. Per adesso sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Conforme et rapide
Matériel conforme à la description (j'ai acheté un lot de pelles à pizza, plats et grille). Livraison: juste une précision: le lien qui est donné au départ est juste le suivi sur l'italie, ensuite prendre le lien en France TNT. Réponse très rapide de leur part lors de mon inquiétude sur le colis qui, je pensais, restait bloqué en Italie, mais comme expliqué avant c'était juste une question de lien de suivi. Bon contact donc. Emballage soigné. Prise et envoi de la commande le jour même de ma commande. Rapide. Je conseille donc ce site même si je n'aime pas trop avoir recours à TNT...

Ce marchand as été honnete , et a bien compris que TNT valence ne m' avais pas livrer les articles et que l' agence tnt de valence ne repondait meme pas au telephone .Sans meme parler du livreur qui as essayer de forcer ma compagne a l' accepter pendant mon absence .En aucun cas ceci n' est imputable a GIEMME SPOLETTO qui as tout fait pour me livrer , puis voyant que ca n' aboutissait pas as respecter la loi a la lettre .
Ce sont pourtant d' excelent article , parfaitement adapter a la pizza , mais aussi a la confection de pain au four a bois .
