With a complete pizza peel set you will have everything you need to cook in your wood-fired oven and free your imagination in the kitchen. The products in the catalogue have been designed for three different uses: domestic use (Hobby line), more performing home use (Hobby + line) and professional use (Pro line). The two first categories are dedicated to everyone who loves to cook for the whole family, maybe in the garden with his or her wood-fired oven. The products of the professional line, on the other hand, have been studied for a daily and frequent use, which means that they are perfect for pizza chefs, bakers, cooks, restaurant owners, and so on. Sturdy, but incredibly light, they can make working as a pizza chef easier and less hard.
The articles of the Hobby line are made in Aisi 430 stainless steel, while those of the Hobby + line are made in Aisi 304 stainless steel. The tools of the Pro line are made in anodised aluminium.
All oven peels by Giemme Spoleto have passed quality checks and are compliant and certified according to European directives MOCA and HACCP.
